We’ve ordered an Orange iPad on contract this morning and can confirm a few more details:

• The iPad device cost (£199 for 16GB, £249 for 32GB or £349 for 64GB) must be paid in advance when ordering, and is not billed to your Orange account as is the case with regular handset purchases.
• The iPad is tagged as an additional device on your existing contract (if you are an existing Orange customer) and will simply be billed in addition to your regular monthly cost.
• The iPad pre-orders will be shipped to arrive Friday December 3rd
