Sony Ericsson has announced on their blog that their entire 2011 Xperia line of devices will receive the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) OS update announced back in October. No details on timing or release yet, but this is great news for Xperia owners, and refreshing for Sony Ericsson who has historically been pretty bas at providing OS updates for its devices.
As someone who seriously liked the original Xperia Arc, I can’t wait to give it another go with ICS on board.
