If you are still drawing back on purchasing the new iPad this year, then you might need to be shown some things about it. Though, many have claimed that the new iPad and iPad 2 don’t have too much distance in the differences both devices bear, but I’m on a strong reasoning that the new iPad has much to offer you for your money.
Apple has been able to improve a lot of things about the new iPad with its release this year, and those upgrades are made to make the tablet experience a better one for users. In this blog post, I’ll be sharing some benefits the new iPad has to offer users in 2012. Stay tuned.
High Resolution Display
Apple has improved a lot of things with the launch of the new iPad and that includes the display of the device. The new iPad has been optimized to pick clearer pixels than the previous iPad. The new iPad was developed with a retina screen that has more pixels packed into its 9.7 inches screen space.
The display of the new iPad features a 2048-by-1536 resolution and a mouth watering 3.1 million pixels. This makes the new iPad screen pixels 4 times more than what the iPad 2 boasts of and one million pixels more than that of the HDTV in your family room.
4G LTE Features
4G LTE has been much talked of before the release of the new iPad, but before then it was just a dream to wish for the speed the 4G LTE promises to offer when compared to what we get from the ordinary 3G. 4G LTE technology provides wireless internet speed of up to 10x the normal speed of the wireless 3G, and yet at the same price with the 3G. This is a good deal for users craving for faster connection.
But due to the fact that the 4G LTE is still in its infancy, not all users would be able to benefit from its ultrafast internet speed. But that’s not the end of the new iPad for the users who are not in advanced areas, as the 3G roaming will become useful then. 4G LTE is also causing a stir as its being advertised in many countries that do not support the frequencies it uses – The UK and Australia are both looking into Apple for misleading advertising.
With the load of features and options added to the new iPad, one would come to the opinion that the battery life of the new iPad might not be that strong. But that’s not the case, as the new iPad has an even stronger battery life.
The new iPad is promised to deliver 10 hours of battery longevity.
The new iPad also has the A5X chip which carries quad-core graphics. This has been calculated to drive up to 4x the pixels of iPad 2 and still delivers the same quality of smoothness and fluidity one would expect from an iPad.
The features in the iPad still go on, but one cannot list them all. Which of these features catches your attention most? Please, share them with us in the comment section below.
