Samsung has released some official sales channels after its Galaxy S3 release, which confirm that the Galaxy Note has sold 7 million units to date.
The 5.4 inch device that is a crossover between a smartphone and a tablet met mixed reception at launch, with many people hailing it as the best of both combinations, and yet many more saying that it was the worst of compromises, too big to be a phone and too small to be a usable tablet.
Yet it found a home with many people, the recent Android 4 ICS upgrade, along with its Premium Suite improvements to its stylus enabled Apps helped sell the productivity angle to many, and sales have continued at a steady rate.
