HTC Flyer now available on three mobile networks

HTC, a major brand in cell phone market is now up with its first tablet device called ‘Flyer’. The latest tablet from HTC is fully loaded with the latest features. As per the report, it has been confirmed that the HTC Flyer will now available in UK with the three mobile networks since 19th may, 2011. Here we have a quick review of the features of the tablet.

Screen Display:

The HTC flyer has a 7 inch display with touch facility. It has a high definition Display screen with the resolutions of 1024 x 600 Pixels including with the WSVGA technology. The capacitive touch screen makes the user interface more interactive and integrating. The sensible touch screen makes your book reading, movies watching and other application easy to use and puts some quality to them.

Size and dimensions:

The HTC Flyer has dimensions of 195 X 125 X 12.9 mm. It is a next generation slim tablet with only 12.9 mm thickness. It is lighter in weight so that does not harm your palms to hold it.

Camera and video calling:

The HTC Flyer has a primary camera of 8 megapixels. It generates high definition true color images for your albums. It also has auto focus and face – detection features. The front camera of this tablet is equipped with the 1.3 megapixel camera and also has true HD image quality for the live video calling over three mobile’s 3G network.

Memory:

The primary in-built memory inside of the HTC Flyer is 32 GB large. It is capable to store unlimited movies, games, images and videos. It does not have capacity of expanding its memory through external slot for memory cards.

Operating System:

The HTC tablet Flyer is featured with Android 3.1 GingerBread. The Android operating system is largely used by many devices all around the world. Android provides improved user experience and ease of operation.

Pros and Cons:

HTC’s new tablet has Pros more than its cons. The main cons includes unavailability of transferring content directly via memory card and the costly pricing scheme compared to other similar products.
